Obituary for Stanford Merle "Stan" Perkins

Stanford Merle “Stan” Perkins, 95, of Sayre, Oklahoma was born on June 30, 1924 in Negra, New Mexico to John Clois and Dean Perkins. He went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, August 12, 2019 at Bell Ave. Nursing Home in Elk City, Oklahoma.
He married, Stella Mae Titsworth and to this union there were three boys born, Gary, Ronnie and Jack. She preceded him in death on October 24, 2002.
Stan enjoyed fishing and traveling all over the United States.
Graveside services will be held at Noon, Saturday, August 31, 2019 at Buffalo Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to the care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Cherishing his memory is sons, Gary Perkins of Clinton, Oklahoma and Jack Perkins and his wife, Vanda of Hooker, Oklahoma; one daughter-in-law, Judy Perkins of Tuttle, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Zach Perkins of Hooker, Oklahoma, Jacob Perkins of Canadian, Texas; Jacqueline Perkins of Tuttle, Ben Perkins of Sayer; Oklahoma; Lauren Scott of Weatherford, Oklahoma; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Polly and Lou Dean.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Stella; one son, Ronnie; parents, John and Dean Perkins; one brother and one sister.
Memorials can be made to the charity of your choice in care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home, P.O. Box 707, Elk City, Oklahoma 73648.
